Feature request: User definable sound file location

Currently, it appears that the sound files used for Sent messages need to reside in either the /System/Library/Sounds directory (or some other location I have yet to determine). It would be great if the Sent Message sound preference could offer an 'Other...' option to point to a sound file somewhere else.

MailMate checks these locations:
~/Library/Sounds /Library/Sounds /Network/Library/Sounds /System/Library/SoundsYou should use the first one. I assume this solves your problem.
