Mailmate won't receive mail

Although I had made no changes in Mailmate, last night Mailmate was not receiving messages. I can send but not receive. Another mail client does receive the messages, so they seem to be arriving at my computer.

Simultaneous with that, under "Sources" in the vertical column along the left, everything under that account (ken@kenpope.com) is greyed out. I checked to see if the setting had been switched to "offline," but the only option at the very bottom, which was greyed out, was "take offline."

Because I use Mailmate for my work, this is an urgent problem for me.
