I have some custom formats in the directories ~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Resources/Layouts/Message and ~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Resources/Layouts/Mailboxes. I just upgraded from 6016 to 6038, and found that the custom formats in those directories were not recognized unless there was more than one .plist in the directory.

This seems reliably reproducible: if there is just a single .plist file in, e.g., ~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Resources/Layouts/Mailboxes, then it will not be recognized. If I add another .plist file there, both .plist files will be recognized (and appear as additional options in the View->Layout menu).
