Not showing new messages in IMAP sub folders as new

I have my own IMAP server running dovecot and on the server my fetchmail process moves messages into various IMAP sub-folders, doing automatic refiling for me. Until recently this worked flawlessly. Recently I notice that my sub-foilders on MailMate do not see the messages until I quit and restart MailMate, which I believe is definitely a client side issue rather than on my server side, since, after all, the messages are already refiled and sitting in their folders and it is just their visibility that is an issue. I looked at the Activity window in MailMate and I don't see anything there. Let me know how I can help.

I am running Version 1.14 (5937).
