Encrypted subject not displayed

Hi Benny,
I sometimes receive OpenPGP encrypted emails from Thunderbird where the email Subject field is also encrypted.
Thunderbird seems to use the legacy Content-Type protected-headers="v1" from draft-autocrypt-lamps-protected-headers-01.
It would be nice if MailMate was able to display the unobscured subject.
