Mail list not displayed

The listing of messages in all my inboxes have disappeared.

I am still able to read emails through the task bar icon, but the messages listing in the app is always empty, save from an occasional "unread message" marker floating around the panel.

Clicking in the the listing panel has no effect.

I have made no change prior to this happening, but did not use my computer for a while and was prompted to resynchronize my inbox when i launched mailmate (I selected "Always resynchronize).

I have tried :

  • rebooting
  • reinstalling MailMate (drag and drop to the applications folder and replace)
  • changing font settings

I am using Mailmate version Version 1.13.2 (5673)on Catalina 10.15.7

    I also tried updating to the latest test version, which did not help

    Here they are discussing about the mail is not displayed issue and hair information related to it is also shared here so someone who knows about it should definitely share a solution for it which will be helpful for the above person who had seemed help more tips here
