No option to select attachment download directory?

No option to select attachment download directory?

I tried finding it but couldn't.

Always have to navigate to the Library/Application Support/ path.

Thanks.

    • State changed from “new” to “closed”

Is “Default Downloads Folder” in the General preferences pane what you are looking for?

Ah, you mean the internal attachments cache folder. That's not really for direct user interaction. It's just a MailMate cache. Current test releases also handle it differently (moving them to an explicit cache folder instead). In fact, attachments handling has completely changed.

Let me know if this does not answer your question.

Thanks so much. Meanwhile, I found out that this setting was what I was searching for but I had set it to a folder that automatically cleaned up and moved anything there to my library software :)

My apology for this bad call.
