Can't move messages

Reported by Eelco Chaudron | April 21st, 2020 @ 11:47 AM

Since the latest update, I can no longer move a message to a folder from my inbox.

It does not work either by dragging them to the other mailbox or using the "moveToMailbox:" hotkey.

One additional oddity, if I move them on my mail servers web interface, it all looks good. However, mailmate seem to move them back :(

Even if I stop mailmate, move them on the web interface, wait half an hour, all is fine, start mailmate, they are moved back.

Looks like its not the latest version, but related to specific messages. I have not yet figured out what is special.

I have kept one of those messages in my inbox for further troubleshooting, so please let me know what I can do.

If I do the moved the message remains in the view, but my cursor moves to the next message.

Sorry for not responding sooner to this one. It does not sound like something I've fixed. It definitely sounds like a rule or SpamSieve is involved in this problem. Are you sure it's fixed?

If you can still reproduce it then send me your Mailboxes.plist file via “Help > Send Feedback”.

    ~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Mailboxes.plist
