mailmate no longer checking subfolders

Since a week or possible longer mailmate no longer fetches content from any folder in my work gmail account. inbox works fine. Just labelled email that I no longer receive.
I've tried to update to latest builds and done multiple restarts - next option is to delete and readd the account but with over a million messages and hundreds of folders I would prefer if I could avoid triggering the "full nuke" option.

Yes, please do not do the “full nuke” option. I've replied to your direct feedback-email with some suggestions for debugging. Hopefully we can figure out what's going on.

Although this ticket isn't fully resolved I'll mark it as such for now. Re-open if Google throttling turns out to not be the real problem.
