Rules fall-through

After the most recent update this weekend, mailbox rules appear to 'fall through' - the entire list is applied to each message, even if a previous rule matched. Previously at least if the message was moved to a different mailbox the following rules wouldn't apply to the message.
Is there a way to get back the previous behavior, or to add a rule action to stop processing further rules? (Use case: I'm using the DevonThink integration, and copy all messages to DevonThink - but only if they aren't part of a mailing list, or certain types of routine messages, all of which have individual rules which trigger before the move rule.)
