Losing focus after move

When moving emails via shortcut in the latest build, r5523, I have unusual behavior. I lose focus on the message pane, and an adjacent message marked read (but not focused). I have set the following:
╰─➤ defaults read com.freron.MailMate MmMessagesOutlineMoveStrategy
next
with no change in behavior.

- State changed from “new” to “fixcommitted”
Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane to try a fixed release. Let me know if it doesn't work for you.

So far, it seems like this has fixed the issue without causing any obvious regressions.
