automatic out of office reply

Is the "out of office automatic reply" an option to set up in mailmate?

No, there is no such option in MailMate. I could implement something like that, but it's a tricky feature because one has to be absolutely certain that a ping-pong situation doesn't arise (two email clients/servers sending out of office emails repeatedly).
In any case, it would be much better if this is supported by the email account server. An implementation in MailMate would require a machine to be open and running MailMate while you are “out of office”. This is both a waste of resources and error prone because MailMate wasn't really designed to do this.
