r6091: "Open Attachment" does nothing with message/rfc822 in MIME digest

The contextual menu "Open Attachment" item does nothing with the individual message/rfc822 parts. "Open With..." shows MailMate as the default app and works correctly.
Given that "Detach Message" and "Open With..." both work, there are 2 obvious workarounds.

- State changed from “new” to “fixcommitted”
In the code it seems like I had intentionally prevented this from working, but I couldn't see any reason to do so. It should work in the next update.
