Feature request: default to top-posting

Am I missing something? Is there anywhere to default to top-posting when composing a reply?
I’m as old-school as they come, been using email and USENET since the 80’s. But like VHS won over BetaMAx even though inferior, most people expect the reply to be first. I have had recipients not notice my replies! Stupid? Yes. But reality.
Any chance for such an option?

- State changed from “new” to “closed”
See the Signatures preferences pane. After selecting top posting as the default then make sure you click “Reset Usage History”. Otherwise MailMate might remember a different preference for specific recipients.
Let me know if this does not help.

Like I’ve said elsewhere (not that I’d expect you to remember!) I’m not really a power user and so have no signatures. That pref panel was just about the only thing I have not checked out. I apologize for the unnecessary question.
