Cannot pull messages from Outlook accounts

Hi,

Recently I've faced with a problem - MainMate is not retrieving messages from the Outlook accounts. I have a mobile Email client called Spark (iOS). And I can see new messages via this app, but not via MailMate.

Could you help me please with this issue? I've tried to delete sources and add them again. And MailMate even was able to retrieve old/archived messages, but not new ones. I am using OAuth2 authentication.

    If you look under SOURCES in the mailbox list, do you then see any problems, e.g., greyed out mailboxes and/or persistent spinners?

    In any case, try this:

    • Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0).
    • Relaunch MailMate.
    • Wait a bit while the account synchronizes.
    • Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.

    I do not have grey sources. But one one them is constantly showing an activity indicator (spinner). However, even those which are not grey and have no indicators, cannot retrieve all the messages.

    I've done actions you've proposed and sent logs.

    Thanks for the logs. They show that the server cuts the connection every time MailMate tries to fetch a particular message. I'm not sure why MailMate doesn't give up and that could possibly be improved. First try updating to the latest test release to see if it behaves differently: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.

    (I'll write you on private email about the exact problem shown by the logs.)

    Ok, I see. Yes, I've got your email. Will try to upload new client. And I guess I know which email has a huge attachment.
