HTM Signature
Reported by Lucas | June 5th, 2017 @ 11:34 PM
Hi! I created an HTM signature on a website online but I cannot
find how to upload it to the MailMate App. Is there a way to do
this or how can I use this signature on my accounts?
Thanks in advance

Go to the Signatures preferences and create or edit a signature. First make sure it has a plain text variant (this is always needed) and then enable the HTML alternative. You can use the following to paste as the HTML:
<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="10" cellpadding="0" style="border-top-width:3px; border-top-style:solid; border-top-color:#fee6b2;"> <tr> <td> </td> <td></td> </tr> <tr> <td width="200" align="right" valign="top"><img src="http://www.firmasdecorreo.com/dyndata/images/firmasdecorreo.com-2017-06-06_01:06:06_0691-02.jpeg" alt="Logo" hspace="5" /></td> <td align="left" valign="top" style="padding:10px;"> <p><font face="Trebuchet MS, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#452e00" style="font-size:18px;">Lucas Seeber</font><br /> <font face="Trebuchet MS, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#c8ae8a" ><em style="font-size:12px;">Co-Fundador</em></font><br /> <font face="Trebuchet MS, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size:12px"><strong><font color="#7f5100">(11) 40268399</font></strong> · <a style="color: [#09](/projects/58672/tickets/09 "Ticket #09")C; text-decoration: none;" href="mailto:lucasseeber@librenta.com">lucasseeber@librenta.com</a> </font><br /> </p> <p><font face="Trebuchet MS, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#452e00" style="font-size:14px;">LIBRENTA.COM</font><br /> <font face="Trebuchet MS, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#7f5100" size="-1"><a style="color: [#09](/projects/58672/tickets/09 "Ticket #09")C; text-decoration: none;"href="mailto:consultas@librenta.com">consultas@librenta.com</a> · <a style="color: [#09](/projects/58672/tickets/09 "Ticket #09")C; text-decoration: none;"href="http://www.librenta.com">www.librenta.com</a></font></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" align="left" valign="top" style="border-top-width:2px; border-top-style:solid; border-top-color:#fff0d7; padding-top:15px;"> <p><font face="Trebuchet MS, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#c8ae8a" style="font-size:12px;"><img src="http://www.firmasdecorreo.com/media/img-firmas/ico-eco.gif" alt="eco" width="14" height="14" align="absmiddle" /> No me imprimas si no es necesario. Protejamos el medio ambiente</font></p> </td> </tr> </table>
I cleaned it up a bit and removed the style-section which is not possible without changing the style of the entire message (which can some times contain HTML from other emails). The only side-effect is that the links to not change color when hovering.
Let me know if you cannot make it work.

Great! Thanks. But only the plain text appears in the message. How do I force the HTML version to be the default one?

The composer itself is plain text and therefore it includes the plain text part of the signature. If you have selected the signature with the HTML variant in the Signatures menu then an HTML body part should be generated with the HTML signature (and this is what most recipients are going to see). The preview must be enabled to see this. If it's not shown then try enabling it in the Composer toolbar. (There are also settings in the Composer preferences pane controlling when the preview is shown.)
