Mangled address of cc

Can't find any existing ticket about this.
I am suspecting this is something to do with "@" character in the contact name, e.g.
red@dwarf.com <red@dwarf.com>
Below is a description of the issue with fictional email addresses.
(1) Received mail:
From: Steve Ballmer <steveb@microsfot.com>
To: Engineering - Microsoft <engineering@microsoft.com>, "sales@microsoft.com" <sales@microsoft.com>
(2) Sent mail as a reply to mail 1:
To: Steve Ballmer <steveb@microsoft.com>
CC: Engineering - Microsoft <engineering@microsoft.com>, "sales@" <microsoft.com sales@microsoft.com>

This is a serious issue, because replies to an email with a mangled address on cc will not be delivered.

Sorry about the delay, I didn't get your tickets by email (some lighthouseapp bug not fixed yet).
I just tried to reproduce the problem, but I failed. Could you send me another example. Maybe by private email and maybe you can edit/change any private addresses, but do as little as possible to make sure the problem persists.
