MailMate keeps deleting an email

Hi! I just got an email from Netflix that was automatically deleted (it's definitely a legitimate email from Netflix.) I went into my deleted messages, marked it as "Not Junk" and then moved it back into my inbox. Moments later, MailMate moved it back into the trash. I tried un-doing this several times but MailMate just won't let me keep this email in my inbox for some reason. I also tried adding Netflix's email address to my contacts, but MailMate just keeps thinking this is trash. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    MailMate itself does not move messages except if SpamSieve is installed and enabled (Security preferences pane), but in that case it wouldn't be moved back. SpamSieve is, by default, only applied to new messages in the Inbox.

    I'm guessing you have some kind of server side spam filtering which insists on moving it to junk. This is also supported by the fact that it takes a moment before the message is moved back.

    Try to see if you can do something server side (webmail). Alternatively, try moving it to a different mailbox in the IMAP account, e.g., the Archive mailbox if it exists.
