Changing the Font

Is there any mechanism of changing and or formatting the text like Font sizes or color of the font .
As I find I cannot do that individually , and when I change the font it happens universally for all the mail .
Require guidance.

The font (and color) setting for the Composer only affects what you see when composing. Outgoing messages are not styled with fonts/colors. The receiving email client simply uses its default font. Note that MailMate is, at its core, a plain text email client. It can handle some rich text using Markdown (which is converted to HTML), but you cannot do arbitrary styling.
Relatively soon MailMate is going to allow better inlining of HTML when replying/forwarding, but the Composer itself is still going to be plain text (with basic Markdown styling). I'll likely also allow a stylesheet which means that it'll be possible to, e.g., specify a font for outgoing messages. I'm not really allowing this because I think it's a good idea, but some receiving email clients unfortunately have very ugly default stylesheets.
Coloring individual words or using multiple fonts in an email is unlikely to ever be supported.
