Send Mail In MailMate, Doesn'T Show Up In iCloud Mail or Mac Mail

I am trying to decide between making MailMate my default email client or not, so I switch between using MM and Apple Mail. For some reason, the emails I send form MailMate do not show up in iCloud web-based Mail or in Apple Mail. I know they were sent because I get replies to them, but they only show up in the Sent mail folder in MM, not in the Sent mail folder in web iCloud or in Apple Mail.
I'm using two factor authentication, if that helps to figure out what's wrong.

Make sure your “Sent Messages” mailbox in the iCloud account is online. Look under SOURCES in the mailbox outline.
For the same mailbox, try enabling the UID column in the messages outline. An email with a UID has been uploaded to the server. If any exist without a UID then we'll debug that.
