letters repeating

HI Benny

I'm getting letters repeating themselves when I'm searching very frequently these days. It is something
I've experienced since I've been using Mailmate but over the last couple of weeks it's happening much
more often. For example, if I was to type 'alice' into the search engine, it'll type as 'aalliiccee'.
If I close Mailmate and start it up again, the problem corrects itself so not insurmountable but worth
mentioning to you now.

    Could you try the latest test release and let me know if this continues to be an issue: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane. You should be getting r5106 (at the time of writing this).

    I have seen this as well, when typing into the "Move to Mailbox" search field. I haven't been able to replicate, but it's happened several times.

    I'm using 1.9.1 (5084).

    @Paul: It's a known issue for r5084. Let me know if it still happens in the beta or in the next public release.

    So far, no repeating letters...but the new release of Mailmate is crashing very frequently..

    Can you reproduce these crashes?

    (I'm on vacation this week and it might be a while before I can debug -- but I will.)
