diable the renaming folders by double clicking them

It happens more then I care to admit that I accidentally double
click a mailbox folder, which will then start to rename that
folder.
I think mailmate could benefit from disabling this feature (and
leaving it solely as a right-click menu option).

I agree. Right now, the plan is to do that as soon as the mailbox editor itself also allows editing the mailbox name (and hopefully other mailbox-specific settings).
