The problem is that the message is too large for the IMAP server (~26MB). You need to locate the message that MailMate tries to upload to the server and delete it permanently. Two things which might help:
- Enable the UID column in the messages outline. Any message without a UID is not yet uploaded to the server.
- Hold down ⌥ and then use “Message ▸ Delete Now” to delete a message immediately instead of moving it to Deleted Messages (for which the message can also not be uploaded).
