ordering of new message counter activation and rules

When a mailbox has the rules:
1- Set Tag, Seen
2- Move to Mailbox, Deleted Messages
When a matching message arrives, the new message counter will very briefly flash in the OS X menu bar.
Minor issue, but distracting.

- State changed from “new” to “accepted”
This is not so easily fixed. It is related to MailMate fetching messages in two steps. Headers first and then the rest of the message. Rules are executed after fetching the full message. I plan to change how messages are fetched, but it's not going to happen soon.
I'll consider if there are other ways to improve this.
