Forward email not working

Hi! I've been having issues with MailMate. I can't seem to forward content. The recipient does receive an email but there's no text or files.



P.S. I'm currently on the trial version

    • State changed from “new” to “duplicate”

    MailMate has limited forwarding capabilities, because it's mainly a plain text email client. This means that forwarding an HTML email requires MailMate to either convert it to plain text (to forward inline) or forward the email as an attachment. For some messages MailMate currently insists on forwarding as an attachment. Unfortunately this is not always handled well by receiving email clients. Do you know the email client of the recipient?

    I do plan some improvements to forwarding and any progress is tracked in ticket #524.
