Sort order in new message From menu

The new message From menu seems to have no logical sort order, which gets confusing when you have a lot of accounts and aliases.
I name my account descriptions this way to force an easily scannable order in the Inbox list:
domain - login@ - ISP
So:
alpha.com - aaron@ - Runbox
alpha.com - wendy@ - Runbox
aol.com - 234324324@ - AOL
beta.net - info@ - Gmail
beta.net - subscriptions@ - Gmail
Thinking of this, a good pattern for the From menu would be to sort by alphabetical order and rearrange things as:
alpha.com - aaron@ - "Aaron Smith"
alpha.com - wendy@ - "Customer Support"
aol.com - 234324324@ - "Password Recovery"
beta.net - info@ - "Beta, Inc."
beta.net - subscriptions@ - "Subscription Support"
In other words, for "Subscription Support" subscriptions@beta.net, rearrange it in the order from left to right of the most important to least important stuff when deciding which From to use in an e-mail, and sort by that way.

You are correct that this menu does not seem to have a meaningful sort order. I'll note that, but I think it should just follow the order of accounts. Maybe state the account as greyed out non-indented items whenever an account has more than 1 identity.
