Recipient address removed when "Replying all"

Hi, when replying to an email I sent before (in order to follow up with some new info) I noticed that some of the address where dropped.

Specifically, the original email was sent to a total of four recipients, two in "To" and two in "Cc"; clicking on the "Reply" button did NOT take me to the "Reply or ReplyAll" chooser window and instead took me to the composer windows with just two of the original four address present.

I hope the description is clear, the original email is attached.

    I'm not sure exactly what went wrong for you, but the detection of follow-up messages is not very good (too complicated). I've just simplified the code and I think it works much better now. (It should also work when using a from address which is not explicitly listed in any account, but is still part of an address pattern.)

    The expected result is that no requester is ever shown and to/cc is simply the same as for the previous message. I'll release a test version with this fix next week.

    I'll remove the attachment in order to not leak the email addresses.
