Feature Request: Outlook Reply Quoting Mode

Hello,

My organization uses Outlook predominantly. Naturally Outlook is terrible and I want to use a better option like MailMate. However, Outlook is terrible and uses a format of reply quoting that is generally unique from everyone else. Thus, whenever anyone uses a different email client, everyone who uses Outlook complains about formatting being broken.

It doesn't look like anyone provided an Outlook formatted email. I've extracted an example Outlook email, I've included at the bottom of this ticket.

Long story short, it inserts this in between emails, and doesn't add any left padding or border. It looks like a horizontal rule to users, but it is just a div with a top border.

Is it possible to either explicitly support Outlook Reply quoting, or allow configuration for defining a reply HTML template?
