Issue, - Keeps creating copies non stop

Ouch, that's definitely not good.
Where are these copies generated? What did you do after the install? For example, did you send any messages.
You can take mailboxes in the account(s) offline. This might help reduce the problem to some specific mailbox.
You can also try generating logs for me like this (if possible):
- Open the Activity Viewer (Window menu). This enables logging.
- Relaunch MailMate to get a clean start.
- Wait for some duplicates to show up.
- Use “Help > Send Server Logs”.
