Mailmate crashes after start - program not useable

when starting Mailmate the program seems to work for a while, then a window appears saying the system is running out of memory. Mailmate is listed with consuming 80GB of memory, the only option is to shut down mailmate immediately.

That sounds really bad. Could you check to see if the same thing happens with the latest test release: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.
