Cannot access office365 shared mailbox

Hi Support,

Our office using shared mailbox in office 365, i cannot access it on mailmate, but it can be accessed if i using thunderbird or postbox using imap protocol.

This the way to access the shared mailbox:
https://uit.stanford.edu/service/sharedemail/imap

There is error on authentication when take this account online, attached is the screenshot.

Please help us to solve it.

    defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmExchangeAuthPlainWorkaround -bool YES

    • State changed from “new” to “resolved”

    I'm glad you found the solution yourself. I think this might work better in the next update of MailMate, but it can be tricky to make workarounds for these kinds of issues.
